Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post to send out our items for delivery.
Occasionally, we may use a courier service depending on location, price and time frame. Sometimes the cost may be more than the customer paid for their order, but if it is less, the customer will be refunded.
All flat rate shipping costs include packaging costs.

Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return

Items can be returned to us within 7 working days.

State of return

Items returned must be in the same new condition in which they were sent.

Reason for return

The Item was damaged, the wrong item was sent, the item was not as expected.

Process for return

Please send us an email and or photo of incorrect item or damaged product.

Process of refund

A refund will be processed once items are received in good order and will be paid into the same account as used for the order.

For damaged or incorrect items sent we will organise a return mailing label for you but for ‘change of mind’ items you need to post back at your own expense.

What if your order was not delivered or is lost?

All items are sent with tracking. However, if an item is not received within 14 days, please contact us the first instance. Please email us or call directly on 0400436079.
